• Maintenance & support
• Software Products (SaaS & Enterprise)

We may update or modify any part of the Services at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in unauthorized access or security breaches
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute our software
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Violate intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, designs, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Crestclimber Software Solutions. You may not use or reproduce them without permission.

Custom software created for clients will follow a separate agreement specifying ownership rights.

5. Payment & Billing

• All service fees must be paid as per your project proposal or contract.
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.
• Work may pause until outstanding invoices are cleared.

6. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

• Downtime of external tools
• Security issues in third-party platforms
• Changes made by third-party service providers

7. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to this.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties must maintain confidentiality of project details, proprietary data, and non-public information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crestclimber Software Solutions is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Crestclimber Software Solutions against claims arising from misuse of services, violation of Terms, or IP infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payments are not made
• You engage in illegal or harmful activity

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use indicates acceptance.
